49R is a link shortening and management platform that provides:

• URL shortening with custom short codes
• QR code generation for shortened links
• Click analytics and statistics
• Password-protected links
• Link expiration settings
• Social media sharing tools
• Coin-based reward system (ad views)

You agree NOT to use 49R to:

• Shorten links to malware, phishing, or fraudulent websites
• Distribute spam or unsolicited content
• Share links to illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Artificially inflate click counts or analytics
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Automate account creation or link generation (bots)
• Use the platform to circumvent ad blockers or tracking policies

Violation of these policies may result in immediate account termination without notice.

• You are solely responsible for the content of URLs you shorten
• We reserve the right to disable any link that violates our policies
• Links may be subject to moderation and review
• We do not guarantee permanent availability of shortened links
• Free-tier links may be deactivated after extended periods of inactivity

• Coins are earned by watching advertisements and cannot be purchased with real money
• Premium membership lasts for 30 days from the date of redemption
• We reserve the right to modify coin values, earning rates, and premium benefits
• Coins have no monetary value and are non-transferable
• Abuse of the reward system (bot views, multiple accounts) will result in forfeiture of coins

The 49R name, logo, design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of 49R. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our source code without permission
• Use our branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Reverse-engineer any part of the service

You retain ownership of the content you share through our platform.

We shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Content accessed through shortened links
• Actions taken by third parties
• Technical failures beyond our control

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or the platform
• Constitutes fraud or abuse

You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
